I’ve seen the same pattern at company after company, on both the agency and client side, which is why I work the way I do: hands-on, across the whole stack. I’m certified in Marketo, Pardot, and Eloqua, and work daily in HubSpot, for B2B and B2C teams. Mostly small and mid-market, where there’s rarely a full-time admin to keep things honest.
One more thing most consultants can’t offer: I work in English, Polish, and Hungarian, and I’ve built campaigns for markets where English is the third language on the list. Multi-language automation is where most setups quietly fall apart: locale-specific journeys, content, and consent. It’s also where I do some of my best work.
